Your Far Infrared Sauna won't get very hot, but YOU will. That’s the way Far Infrared works! Far Infrared HEATS PEOPLE, not things.
The mechanism of Far Infrared is that it doesn't heat the air. Instead, it is tuned to the human body and will penetrate deeply through bare skin.
We strongly recommend that you preheat your Dome for AT LEAST 30 minutes to feel the full effects of your Sauna.
After preheating for the recommended time and you STILL aren't seeing your SAUNA get hot enough…
1) Unplug all of the cords at the back of the controller box and then securely plug back in -verify that they are in the correct location.
2) Start up your SAUNA and let heat for at least 10 minutes. It can take up to 30 minutes to fully heat the stones.
3) Make sure you have pressed the START button. Check to see if you're still having a problem. Are all 3 little lights blinking when it is heating up?
4) If the problem persists, please plug the cords at the back of the controller box into the WRONG location and set all temperatures to 70. Heat for 10 minutes. Is your SAUNA still not getting hot? Is part of your SAUNA not getting hot?

Don’t worry, you are still getting the full intensity of your temperature settings. Far Infrared heats up people, not things. The air inside your Sauna may not get very hot, but you will. 1Love Saunas heat at a Far Infrared Wavelength of 4-15um. This wavelength resonates perfectly with the human body but is slow to heat the air or other surfaces.
The temperature readout on the Control Box (in Celsius) is the accurate temperature of the carbon fiber heating wire. This WILL NOT be the temperature of the interior of your Sauna, or the air.

There are 2 different therapies at play. Sauna, and Far Infrared.
Far Infrared Therapy provides great benefits at a cellular level, even at low temperatures. Without breaking a sweat, you will still be receiving great therapeutic benefits.
Sauna Therapy raises your core body temperature which adds amazing secondary benefits. EveryBODY is different! Due to everyone’s individual thermoregulatory systems, the time it’ll take you to sweat can differ. However, your Sauna will get hot and so will you! It may take some time before you begin to sweat.
*If you are having difficulties reaching a sweat, please follow these steps
-Place a towel on the Mat
-Fully setup your Sauna and close the opening with the provided curtain, or a second towel.
-On the control box, set all temperatures to maximum
-Preheat for 40 minutes. Make sure to press START
-Reset timer for 60 minutes and jump in
Far Infrared heat can escape quickly when not properly contained. While your Sauna may not feel hot to the touch, once you are inside you will feel the heat!

"EE" usually indicates that one of the gray cables is disconnected (between the Control Box and your SAUNA)
“EE” may indicate that there is a fault with one of the cords or a zone of your SAUNA
Check connections at the back of the Control Box and at your Sauna. A gray connection cable may not be plugged in properly.
If you still can’t locate the problem, please unplug all the gray wires and securely plug back in before resuming activity.
If the problem persists, please plug the cords at the back of the controller box into the WRONG location and set all temperatures to 70. Heat for 10 minutes. Does the control box still show ‘EE’? Has the location of the ‘EE’ moved to a new location on the control box? Please let us know the results of this test so we can help you further.

The power cord to our Control units are made to tight specifications. In some instances, it can be hard to know if it's plugged in all the way! You will need to push the cord into the port HARD to ensure that the power cord is firmly in place.
-Ensure the POWER SWITCH at the back of the Control Box is ON.
-Ensure the power cord is firmly plugged into the back of the Control Box. If unsure, unplug it and plug it back in securely. Push the power cord in HARD! It will go in farther than you think. In some cases it may be difficult to get it firmly seated. They are built to small tolerances to make sure they don't come unplugged during use.
-Make sure that the wall outlet you are using is ‘live’. You can test it by plugging in another appliance, lamp, or phone charger. If the outlet is not active, check your breaker box to see if the circuit is tripped. Although the 1Love Sauna Dome can operate on a 15-amp circuit, it works best with a 20-amp circuit. If you are using a 15-amp circuit, please make sure no other appliances are using the circuit at the same time.
-Ensure the power cord is firmly plugged into the back of the Control Box. If unsure, unplug it and plug it back in securely. Push the power cord in HARD! It will go in farther than you think. In some cases it may be difficult to get it firmly seated. They are built to small tolerances to make sure they don't come unplugged during use.
