Please verify the mailing address is correct. You can see order by simply logging in to you account here. If you don't already have an account you can create one using the same email address you used when placing your order. You can also find your order information through email the confirmation we sent when the order was placed.
-Please check with other members of your household to see if anyone may have put your package aside.
-Please check with neighbors. Sometimes packages are left at neighbor’s houses.
-If you live in an apartment complex, please contact your rental office to see if they are holding your package there. Your Sauna was shipped in a large box, so carriers will often leave packages at a manager’s office for safekeeping.
-Please call FedEx (1.800.GoFedEx) with your tracking number and ask them if they can assist you further. Sometimes they have more information than what we can see online. They may even have your package on hold for you. Occasionally they inadvertently deliver to the wrong address and then pickup for redelivery (without updating online tracking). This is the most common scenario with a missing package.
-Do you or your neighbors have video monitoring? This can be useful in determining delivery and potential theft. The tracking number should report a Time and Date your package was delivered. Please check video for alerts or movements around the time of delivery.
