After much research this FAR infrared dome is perfect. Yes get the XL since my hubby is tall. The heat is heavenly, truly. The side Cover that keep the heat in is awesome w those magnets. Love the design of EVERYTHING. I was thinking of the infrared blankets at first to buy but I didn’t want plastic to touch my body during a healing process. The dome is the answer with the stones under me. Luv it. I go naked w towel under me to catch my sweat. I am not a sweating type but this makes me sweat like nothing ever before. I wish everyone could have one. Who ever design this.., major kudos- Jesus is proud of YOU!!

My husband and I bought this heating pad a couple weeks ago and it has been wonderful! My husband gets sore after lifting weights and my shoulder are tight after a long day at work. We've tried other heating pads in the past, but this one has the perfect amount of coverage, heat, and usability. It's quick to heat up and has adjustable temperature settings which provides more than enough heat, we don't even use it on the highest setting. I love the Velcro on the straps to hold it in place, it also has a buckle around the waist that keeps it close to my back. We're very health conscious, so the ultra low EMF was a big selling point. The product is made of high quality materials and with our active lifestyle we will get a lot of use out of it. I'm going to purchase one for my parents as a Christmas gift, they will love it.

Originally, I had the standard, XL size, and while it suited me at. 5'3'', my partner, who is 5'11'' wanted to place his head into the sauna due to sinus problems and wasn’t long enough if he wanted his head in the dome. The exchange process was perfect. Heats up quickly, very comfortable, and helps with pain. Infrared sauna has well-documented benefits - cardiovascular health, detox, and pain reduction. When I researched options, I chose this rather than the big box stores for a few reasons. 1. Non-toxic materials - and I can confirm this does not off-gas. 2. Low EMF - I have seen YouTube reviews with EMF meters where indeed, the product is low EMF. 3. Size and functionality - I love laying down and I also love how portable it is. I would be concerned with a wood sauna with a glass door where it could easily break while trying to move it. 4. Lifetime Warranty - the warranty is unmatched with the ones I had researched. 5. I'm very happy with this sauna. I chose the Ultimate because it was the largest, and had latest added features (PEMF, Near Infrared, and mask.) I live in a single wide mobile home with very limited space, so I wanted a sauna that could break-down and set-up quick and easy. This fits the bill. I also purchased an Amazon Basics, Twin XL, Foldable Metal Platform Bed Frame. It works great with it and it's much easier to get in and out of than if it were on the floor. It takes under ten minutes to se-up. I use it everyday. I let it pre-heat for around 20 minutes and the get in and enjoy for 40 minutes. I use high settings (194,184.176) and in about 20 minutes I start breaking a real good head to toe dripping sweat. Afterwards I take an ice cold shower. This experience is always euphoric for me. It's like going to a tropical island minus all the stress of traveling. I think this is very well made and the only thing that kind of concerns me is that the cord on the mattress is not detachable. I am always very careful when folding up and moving it so that I don't cause any damage to where the cord is attached. Overall, I would highly recommend.
