Meet Our Founder
Hi, I’m Douglas – the founder of 1Love Health. Helping people has always been part of who I am. Whether it was giving a stranger a jump start or lending a hand on a tough day, I’ve always believed in showing up for others the way people have shown up for me.
Before starting this company, I spent years in construction, pouring my energy into high quality work at fair prices. But over time, my body paid the price, and I knew I needed a healthier path forward. Everything changed the day I listened to a podcast about the benefits of far infrared saunas. I was hooked, driven by the idea of creating the safest, most effective sauna possible, something I would trust with my own health.
That passion turned into 1Love Health. And it still drives me today. When customers tell me how our saunas have improved their sleep, mobility, recovery, or overall wellbeing, it puts a smile on my face (sometimes I even do a happy dance in the warehouse). Those messages remind me why this brand exists.
Today, I run 1Love alongside my children, which has been one of the greatest honors of my life. They bring integrity, kindness, and genuine care into everything they do, and they help ensure this company stays rooted in Love. We move forward with a simple promise: treat people like family.
