We offer 3 Sauna Dome sizes to ensure a comfortable fit:

• Standard (Vital Pro & Luxor Pro)
  Measure your body circumference including your arms at your sides. If this measurement is under 58 inches, the Standard size will fit comfortably.
• XL (Luxor Pro)
  This version is 5 inches wider and longer than the Standard, offering more space for broader body types or added comfort.

XLT (Ultimate)The largest option. It has the same width and height as the XL, but is 8 inches longer, with a total length of 6’8”. This is ideal for taller individuals or extra room to put your head in.

When the stones are slightly heated, they intensify the Far Infrared. Your Sauna creates Far Infrared and heat ~ this heat is then transferred to the stones which release additional Far Infrared. The stones also have wonderful Eastern Medicine benefits.

1Love Saunas without stones still offer all of the benefits of Far Infrared Therapy (just not quite as much)! No matter which model you choose, you will receive the full benefits of Sauna Therapy.

Absolutely, it is entirely up to you! If you are comfortable with your head inside, that is perfectly fine and safe to do. We recommend scooting to the bottom of the mat and rolling the large dome over your head as desired. The Ultimate Dome is 8 inches longer, making this even easier!

The Mat Covers are the best way to keep your Sauna Dome clean. They go over the mat like a fitted sheet, are absorbent like a towel, and waterproof so your sweat won't get down to the mat. They can be easily taken off and machine washed on cold.

For an occasional deeper clean, you use a simple mixture of half white vinegar, and half water! Mix these in a spray bottle, spritz the surface of the dome, and wipe clean. The smell of vinegar should dissipate, but if it bothers you, you can add some essential oils to this mix. How often you do this is completely up to your own personal comfort!

Yes, it’s the safest! We have the only Sauna Domes that are both 0 EMF and 0 ELF. They are also certified non-toxic with low VOC and off gassing. We only want to benefit your body, with no negative effects. Your safety is our top priority. 

Portable Infrared Saunas oftentimes are made with materials that can release harmful VOCs into your household and leave it smelling poorly. A 1Love portable Infrared Sauna is made with all non-toxic materials to ensure minimum VOC release. It is important to note that with any new product, the first time heating up it may have a slight smell to it, but this will typically be remedied after a day or two.

Our Vital Pro is our base model with Far Infrared. The Luxor Pro has Far Infrared and adds Therapeutic Stones and more customization options (black vs white, Standard vs XL). The Ultimate Dome is 8 inches longer than the XL size, allowing more wiggle room and the ability to put your head in if you would like. It also adds Red Light (both in the dome itself and the Far Infrared/Red Light Eye Mask), PEMF and Near Infrared. 

When using any type of sauna it is important to avoid wearing any sort of metal. Even inside of a Far Infrared Sauna, metal can heat up and lead to burns. In terms of what clothing to wear inside of a sauna, less is better. *For the Ultimate model specifically: Red Light will not penetrate clothes and needs to be directly on your skin to provide benefits.

Optimal duration of infrared sauna therapy is dependent on the frequency of use. It is recommended to get at least 58 minutes of sauna sessions per week. This means you could break it down into one day, with careful hydration, or separate it into a few sessions throughout the week. The goal should be to keep each sauna session at a minimum of 20 minutes long. This allows the body to heat up enough to leverage all of the health benefits that Infrared Saunas have to offer.

Generally, there are two main types of infrared heaters. These are carbon heaters and ceramic heaters. Our infrared saunas all use carbon heating elements for several reasons. Carbon heating elements generally heat up faster than ceramic. They are also easier to shield EMF from. This is especially important when looking into portable Infrared Saunas, since the body is so close to the heating elements. Additionally, carbon heaters are able to be more compact and fit into smaller places. This is great for a home sauna or any 1 person sauna. Ceramic heating elements are typically larger, take longer to preheat, but in some cases can be a bit more intense; however, our carbon heating elements are the most intense on the market.

Far Infrared Saunas are very safe, especially when they are truly 0 EMF and 0 ELF. If you have recently had surgery, are extremely sensitive to higher temperatures, pregnant, have a pre-existing heart complication or are on any medications that specifically say to limit heat exposure, please check with your doctor or specialist before using one.

The packages are rather large, with the Standard Size weighing 69lbs, the XL weighing 92lbs, and the Ultimate  XLT weighing 102 lbs. Once you get it out of the box, each section is a lot lighter, ranging from 15-30lbs for each dome depending on the model. This is typically pretty manageable to move!

The RN1200 has an irradiance of 140mW/cm² at 6", the RN300 has an irradiance of 130mW/cm² at 6", and the RN60 has an irradiance of 120mW/cm² at 6".

All of our Red Light Panels are 0 EMF over an inch from the panel! They are totally safe to use!

Start with 5–10 minutes per area at 6–12 inches away from your body. If comfortable, increase toward 15 minutes, 3–5 days/week.

Avoid staring directly at the LEDs. If you're light-sensitive, use the included eye protection or keep eyes closed during face sessions.

Use non-photosensitizing products. Remove heavy makeup or reflective sunscreen before face sessions; apply serums/moisturizers after if desired.

Unplug and let cool. Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid solvents, sprays, and moisture entering vents.

Please press and hold the Red button on the remote and the Time+ button on the panel at the same time for a few seconds until you hear a beep. This will sync the remote to the panel and it should work after that!

The blanket without crystals is about 19 lb 7 oz while the one with crystals is 21 lb 9 oz.

For maximum benefits, minimal clothing is recommended. If using higher heat settings, wear light, breathable clothing. If the stones get too hot, cover the mat with a towel. *Full Size PEMF Mats are compatible with Standard Size 1Love Mat Covers (not included).

We recommend starting out with 10-15 minute intervals and increasing from there as you become accustomed to the mat. The PEMF will automatically shut off after 20 minutes because that is the maximum recommendation for that therapy, but you can continue using the other therapies for longer.

Far Infrared Heat Therapy plays a vital role in promoting healing to the affected areas. Generally we recommend roughly 20 minute minimum sessions of Far Infrared Therapy to increase blood flow to the intended areas to the fullest extent. This process can be repeated throughout each day. The design of our Far Infrared Heating Pad allows for this to be totally reasonable since you could use it even while sitting in a computer chair.

When struggling with an injury, or general aches and pains, it is important to use the correct therapy for the goal. Cold therapy is able to restrict blow flow and reduce inflammation. When an acute injury is present, it may be more beneficial to use cold therapy to reduce the inflammation at first. Once the inflammation has left, then switch to heat therapy where you can continue to relieve pain, but also promote healing across the area. When using any sort of heat therapy, we always will recommend Far Infrared, the Infrared light is able to truly provide deep relief rather than just surface level.

While this Infrared Heating Pad is designed to fit on the neck and upper back, this can be oriented in different ways for other healing purposes. When the Heating Pad is turned upside down, it can be used for lower back pain relief, along with glute and hamstring tightness relief. Additionally, this can be used across the midsection for issues such as menstrual cramps or simply overall tightness.
