Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped out the next business day. 

Shipping is free to the Lower 48 US States and select Canadian Provinces. For Canadian orders, there are taxes and duties from the border that are unavoidable. 

All orders ship from Oregon, delivery times vary by location. Your order will be shipped with UPS, and you will receive detailed tracking information from them as soon as it ships. 

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

*Delivery times are estimates. After you place your order, you will be emailed a tracking number with more precise delivery information. Delivery is often a day or 2 faster than the estimates!
