App Control Box

The 1Love Sauna App gives you convenient control of your Ultimate Sauna directly from your phone, whether you’re at home or away. Start and manage your sauna remotely, adjust heat settings, control Red Light and PEMF, set your session timer, and monitor your sauna from one simple interface. Once your app-compatible Ultimate Sauna is connected to Wi-Fi, your Sauna controls are always within reach.

1Love Sauna Premium ($5.99/mo) expands the app with features designed for greater convenience, personalization, and shared use. Create custom profiles that save your preferred heat, Red Light, PEMF, and timer settings. Schedule sessions so your sauna can be ready when you are, and use Household Sharing to give family members or roommates their own accounts. Premium also includes Guest Access with temporary permissions and the ability to manage multiple Ultimate Saunas from a single account.
