Turn on Control Box(switch at back of box):

Are Red Lights Displaying on the Control Box?

Is EE showing on the Control Box?

SETUP Sauna like the picture, with the Domes upright

Set Control Box to maximum temperature for all 3 zones

Set Timer for 60 minutes

Press START

Which dots on the Control Box are blinking?
UPPER
MIDDLE
LOWER

Preheat for at least 20 minutes

Make sure the ends of the gray cables are firmly inserted
(Check both connections at the Domes as well as the three connections to the Control Box)

Where is EE showing on the Control Box?

At the back of the Control Box, switch all three dome wires

Unplug the Gray Cable associated with the EE display warning

The Control Box should still say EE in only 1 location

Unplug another Gray Cable and plug it into the first position

Plug the first gray cable into the open position

Where is EE showing on the Control Box?

Swap the Gray Cables at the back of the Domes

> Unplug the gray cable at the back of the small Dome
> Plug it into the large Dome
> Plug the old large Dome cable into the small Dome

Make sure both wires are firmly inserted into the back of the Domes

At the back of the Control Box, switch the Dome wires

Put the UPPER (U) Gray Cable into the MIDDLE (M) position

Put the MIDDLE (M) Gray Cable into the UPPER (U) position

Set the Control Box to maximum temperatures and press START

Put the UPPER (U) Gray Cable into the LOWER (L) position

Set the Control Box to maximum temperatures and press START

POWER TROUBLESHOOTING

If the lights turn on, you have found the problem! Skip the rest!

Make sure the Power Cord is plugged all the way into the back of the Control Box(see photo)

Some cords may be a bit too snug
You will need to push HARD

Find POWER SWITCH on the back of the Control Box

Flip on and off several times

Check wall outlet

Plug a different appliance into the same wall. You can use anything, but a phone charger or lamp works well.

Does the wall outlet work?

Check Breaker Box

You may have a flipped breaker. This can happen if another electrical device is used at the same time.
Find the right circuit at your Electrical Circuit Breaker Panel and flip it back on if it is off. Sometimes it's not obvious it is in the off position and you will need to flip it off and back on.
